ZT · SJ105 (for roll surfacing)

· Description: SJ105 is a special sintered flux for surfacing welding of fluoro-alkali type rolls. Suitable for DC welding. Stable arc burning, easy slag removal, and beautiful weld formation. The weld metal is pure, the P content is low, and it has good crack resistance.

· Application: It can be used for surfacing welding of rolls with corresponding flux-cored abrasion-resistant alloy welding wire. Surfacing weld hardness HRC≥55.
